Information Architecture

A.K.A. Putting Context in Content. Initially, Quinyx app consisted of a few modules, allowing clients to customize their experience to fit their needs with a flat information architecture. However, as the product grew and the number of modules increased, it became increasingly difficult to maintain and sustain from a UX perspective. As a solution, we shifted from a content-focused approach to a context-focused approach by implementing a deep IA.
